TEE (The Emergency Exit...)
The emergency exit for me is the space or vacuum that I move into when I have all the voices in my head silenced and I am in a state of 'Nirvana'...
This blog is an echo of the state that I get into very rarely... thanks to the hustle and bustle of life that has happened over the past 18 months...
I am slowly beginning to realise the value of quality 'Me' time and to me this could happen anytime of the day... largely when I am in the car driving to or from work... or even better it happens when I am on the saddle and observing the world around me at 20kmph and 1 pedal at a time...
More of echoes to be heard... a more vocal thought to be published (hopefully more frequently)...
Cheers
Hari
